All properties listed and managed through Professional Real Estate Management are listed on the Real Estate Information Network, Inc. (REIN) Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Listings are input into REIN by one of Professional Real Estate Management's licensed property managers with the permission of the property owner granted in their residential property management agreement (VAR FORM 900).

AGENCY STATUS
Professional Real Estate Management's property managers that are licensed to sell real estate in the state of Virginia are required by law to disclose their agency status when holding significant discussions with clients. However, if no status is disclosed it should not be assumed that the manager is licensed to sell real estate being that all property managers are not required to hold a real estate license provided they operate within their limitations.
