The goal at Professional Real Estate Management is to make the application process as simple and straight forward as possible to make things easier for our potential tenants.
Our application requirements:
$45.00 Application Fee for each adult, other than a spouse.
Birth Certificate or Social Security Card (for all household members)
Earned & Unearned Income Verification (i.e., two - four most current pay stubs. Last year W-2, benefit or award letter, SSI, child support, social security, ADC/TANF, Military pay or any other income you want us to consider.)
Self Employed two most recent tax return and YTD profit and loss statement
Housing Assistance Recipients/Section 8 current moving package and voucher
Current home, cell, work numbers and email address
Pet Deposit $300.00 (if pet is authorized)
Security Deposit equivalent to one or up to two months rent *at our discretion
All money orders and cashier checks must be made payable to P.R.E.M
To obtain an application:
Locate the property you would like to apply for in theProperties for Rentsection.
Click the Apply Now button to be taken to our online application. Note: Our online application is powered by Appfolio, Inc., is completely secure, and your information will not be shared with any third parties.
Copies of an applicant's social security card(s) or form of identification, forms of income verification, and housing assistance vouchers (if applicable) should also be included with the application package. If you are not able to provide these portions of the application through our online system you will need to turn them in at our office.
Upon completing your application please be prepared to pay your $45.00 application fee online or in our office..
Your application will NOT be processed until we have received your application fee.
If your lease application is approved you will be required to make a full security deposit with certified funds to reserve the property.
Once an application is received and processed:
It will be reviewed for completeness
A national credit check, eviction search, and criminal search will be performed
The above mentioned searches will be evaluated
Your rent-to-income will be evaluated
All information collected in relation to the application will be submitted to the principal broker for final review
When applying for a rental property we recommend that your provide as much information as possible up front. Submitting a thorough application package and sharing additional information with the property manager receiving your application will expedite your application process.
